Hello everyone!  Just a little bit of information about one of your authors the the Medical office Clerk’s Information Blog.

My name is Jolene.  I am a mother of 4 children and have worked in the medical insurance field for over 25 years.  I have worked in both doctors offices and hospitals in both the medical and psychiatric fields.  I am still working in the field at one of our local hospitals in the Emergency Room Admitting area.  I work the midnight shift and enjoy that very much.  Besides which the pay is better.

I created this and other websites to help those in the field become better at their jobs.  There is a lot of information that we must know in order for us to do our jobs.  It seems most of the time that we are not really appreciated at our various employers and I hope to change that.  We are just as vital to a medical business as the medical professionals.  In fact, if it wasn’t for us the businesses wouldn’t get paid.

So, be proud at what you do and stay informed.  I hope to be able to provide all of those in this field with some great resources and information!
